Day-of Coordination

D-day is when it all comes together and every element of the planning is executed. Travellur provides day-of coordination so everything runs smoothly and creative team members, guests and venue staff are all on schedule. Day-of coordination includes a D-30 consultation where timeline, design diagrams and checklist is reviewed and any last concerns are addressed. A walk through at the venue the day before is included to identify the event spaces, resolve potential conflicts the in the timeline or logistical issues and also to connect with the venue staff. You may need more than one day of day-of coordination. For example if you have a rehearsal dinner the day before or if you need someone to manage the brunch and rental picks up the following day. We offer half day rates to accommodate your needs. If a team is required, and we can round up our trusted posse and local production assistants to come together for your big day.
Travellur and Education for All
A portion of all Travellur proceeds are donated to Education for All, a non-profit organization providing supportive boarding houses for girls who would otherwise not be able to attend schools in rural Morocco.
